Shipping Information

AureJin currently offers shipping within the United States only. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment authorization and verification have been completed.

All AureJin pieces are made to order and generally ship within 5–6 weeks unless the item is currently in stock. In-stock items typically ship within 1 week. Please refer to the Custom Orders section below for additional timelines and shipping details related to personalized pieces.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Standard: Free on all orders. Will arrive in 2-4 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free Standard shipping.

  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after shipping

  • Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after shipping

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free Standard shipping.

Please report any issues with the shipping, handling, or delivery of your package within 30 days from time of purchase to service@aurejin.com.

Custom order timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and production process. Please refer to our Custom Services section below and click Order Now for personalized inquiries and timeline estimates.

  • Found a design you love but prefer natural diamonds or different gemstones?

    We can customize it for you — simply contact us with the item name and your preferred stone details, and we’ll help bring your vision to life.

  • Our designs are crafted in 14K gold by default, but select pieces may also be customized in 18K gold or alternative metal colors such as rose gold.
