What We Offer

At AureJin, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece and are committed to helping your jewelry maintain its beauty for years to come through our lifetime repair service.

  • Ring resizing up/down

    All AureJin rings, excluding eternity bands, are eligible for complimentary resizing within 60 days of the purchase date. Resizing is available within an eligible range of 1–2 sizes up or down; requests outside of this range may require the piece to be remade.

    1. Earring post soldering

    2. Earring lock repair (Hoops)

    3. Earring back tightening

    1. Stone resetting

    2. Stone/prong tightening

    3. Re-tip prongs

    2. Rhodium plating

    3. Cleaning and inspection

Please note the exceptions

  • If a piece has been significantly damaged or mishandled beyond repair, we will do our best to assist; however, we cannot guarantee replacement if the item cannot be restored by our jewelers.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under our repair service. While we will always try to help whenever possible, certain damage caused by everyday use may not be repairable.

  • Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by a third-party jeweler will void AureJin’s repair service and warranty, as we cannot guarantee outside craftsmanship.

  • Rings featuring full eternity settings, continuous patterns, or stones around most of the band may not be eligible for resizing due to the nature of the design.

  • Ring resize requests made after 60 days from the purchase date may be subject to an additional service fee.

  • Ring resize requests outside of the eligible 1–2 size range may require the ring to be remade and repurchased.

  • Stone replacement services may require an additional fee. A repair estimate will be provided for approval before any work begins.
