2-Year Fine Jewelry Warranty

Every AureJin piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected with exceptional attention to quality and detail. To support our commitment to craftsmanship, we proudly offer a complimentary 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty covering eligible defects in materials and workmanship on all fine jewelry purchases. We stand behind every piece we create and are dedicated to ensuring your jewelry can be enjoyed for years to come.

  • Our 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear, including:

    • Loose diamond or gemstone settings caused by a manufacturing defect

    • Defective clasps, closures, or findings

    • Structural issues resulting from a manufacturing defect

    • Defects in craftsmanship identified under normal use

    If your jewelry qualifies under our warranty, AureJin will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.

  • Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear or circumstances beyond manufacturing defects, including:

    • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or surface abrasions

    • Bent rings or damaged prongs caused by impact or accidental force

    • Lost or stolen jewelry

    • Lost diamonds or gemstones due to accidental damage or improper care

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals

    • Repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by any jeweler other than AureJin

    • Damage resulting from accidents or improper handling

  • If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team (service@aurejin.com) with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the jewelry

    Our team will carefully evaluate your request and provide the next steps. If necessary, we may request that the jewelry be returned for inspection before determining warranty eligibility.

  • Even if your jewelry is no longer covered under warranty, we're here to help. AureJin offers professional repair services for many types of damage whenever possible.

    Repair fees may apply depending on:

    • The type of repair required

    • Replacement gemstones or materials

    • The complexity of the repair

    An estimate will always be provided for your approval before any work begins.

  • Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

    We recommend:

    • Removing jewelry before exercising, swimming, or performing heavy activities.

    • Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and household cleaners.

    • Storing each piece separately in a soft jewelry pouch or box.

    • Cleaning your jewelry regularly using a soft polishing cloth or a mild jewelry cleaner suitable for fine jewelry.

Custom Jewelry Warranty

Every custom piece is handcrafted according to your approved design and specifications. While custom jewelry is covered under our 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty for defects in craftsmanship, the warranty does not extend to characteristics or risks associated with customer-selected materials or design modifications.

AureJin is not responsible for the replacement of customer-selected natural diamonds or gemstones unless our inspection determines that the loss or damage resulted directly from a verified manufacturing defect.

Customized pieces are covered for:

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship.

  • Structural defects resulting from the production process.

  • Defective clasps, settings, or findings caused by manufacturing.

Customized pieces are not covered for:

  • Damage resulting from the inherent characteristics or durability of customer-selected gemstones, including natural diamonds and colored gemstones.

  • Chipping, cracking, scratching, or breakage of gemstones caused by accidental impact, improper care, or normal wear.

  • Customer-approved design choices that may affect durability, including delicate settings, thin bands, or exposed stone placements.

  • Color variations, natural inclusions, or other naturally occurring characteristics of gemstones.

  • Changes requested after production approval.
